btyDENTAL Group, LLC is seeking a Dental Sterilization Technician to join our growing team. The role starts with hands-on training, no experience required, and offers a clear path for advancement as you gain skills in decontamination, sterilization, and instrument preparation.

You will travel between office locations, support daily procedures, and contribute to a clean, safe environment for patients. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with fast pay increases after training and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation for daily travel between office locations.
• Detail-oriented and dependable team player.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Collect and decontaminate used instruments and equipment.
• Manually clean supplies and operate sterilization equipment.
• Package, prep, and sterilize instruments for daily dental procedures.
• Monitor and maintain sterilization records, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Deliver necessary instruments for procedures and ensure proper sanitation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
