Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and respond to patient questions per policies.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment book.
• Confirm appointments and follow up on no-shows or cancellations.
• Register patients at sign-in and post charges/payments to accounts.
• Check voicemails daily and maintain a clean waiting area for patients.
