Job summary

Hawaii Endodontics in Aiea, HI seeks a friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team full-time. You will be the patients' first point of contact, handling administrative and front-office tasks with a focus on service.

The ideal candidate has prior medical/dental front office experience or strong customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a positive, learn‑and‑grow mindset. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a half-day Saturdays; compensation

Qualifications

• Prior medical/dental front office experience is preferred
• Familiarity with scheduling, patient communication, and administrative tasks is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate with strong customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
