Responsibilities

• Customer service & sales: help patients understand the value of oral health and services; ensure a positive experience and address concerns.
• Financial management: manage P&L, budgets, expenses, billing procedures, and financial controls.
• Operational management: oversee scheduling, check-in/out, policies, inventory, HIPAA compliance, and workflow.
• Team leadership: supervise staff, hire/train, conduct meetings, and coach for development.
• Business development: identify growth opportunities, marketing strategies, and revenue analysis.
