Job summary

Mynt-Dental in Wisconsin seeks a Dental Patient Care Coordinator who is fluent in Spanish to manage front-desk duties and patient flow in a modern practice. You will support scheduling, check-in/out, and patient communication with a focus on a positive experience.

Weekend availability is required, with shifts until 6:45 pm on weekdays and Saturdays. Start time is 8:20 am. Prior dental office experience is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and able to communicate with patients.
• Minimum 6 months of recent experience at a dental front desk.
• Must have experience handling patient check-in/out and scheduling.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of recent experience working at a dental office at the front desk.
• Fluent in Spanish
• Saturday availability (Some Saturdays)
• Available to stay until 6:45 pm during the week & on Sat if working, until 4:45 pm
• Available to start at 8:20am
