Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of anesthesia and implant procedures.
• Proficient in surgical protocols, patient care, and sterilization.
• Ability to provide compassionate care during recovery and discharge.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with patient-first attitude.
• Ability to stay calm and organized in fast-paced surgical setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in oral surgery procedures, including anesthesia and implants.
• Prepare patients, monitor, and support post-anesthesia recovery.
• Maintain sterile technique and surgical protocols.
• Provide clear post-procedure instructions to patients.
• Collaborate with doctors and staff to ensure patient comfort.

Candidates with Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery experience only at this time. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Requirements

• Previous experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery assisting is required - 2 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia and implant procedures — including patient preparation, chairside assistance, monitoring, and post-anesthesia recovery — is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of surgical protocols, patient care standards, and sterilization techniques.
• Ability to provide compassionate, thorough care during recovery and discharge, including clear post-procedure instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a patient-first attitude.
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced surgical setting.

Qualifications

• Radiology Certificate (X‑Ray Certification) — required.
• Certification in Dental Assisting (CDA) — preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification — required.
• Hands‑on experience assisting with oral surgery, including anesthesia and implant procedures.
• A strong commitment to patient safety, comfort, and clinical excellence.

Schedule

Full Time Options for the following:

• Monday through Thursday: 6:45am – 3:15pm
• Friday: 6:45am-2:15pm
• No evenings; no weekends

Part Time Options for the following:

• Monday and Thursday: 6:45am – 3:15pm
• Friday: 6:45am-2:15pm
