Sage Dental is seeking a Dental Office Manager in Buford, GA to lead the daily operations of a growing practice. This role requires managing multi-dentist teams and delivering superior patient care with back-office support from a leading Southeast DSO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced dental practice (multi-dentist preferred).
• Working knowledge of dental insurance plans (HMO, PPO, fee-for-service).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations, hitting Sage's operational and clinical performance goals.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing front and back-office team.
• Implement Sage policies, procedures, and operational best practices.
• Resolve patient and staff escalations professionally and quickly.
