Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Operations Manager (Dental Office Manager) in Tallahassee, FL. The role focuses on leading staff, delivering excellent patient care, and driving profitability through strong operational discipline.

Salary ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 per year, with base pay plus incentives and profit-sharing programs. A $2,500 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care while following policies, procedures, regulations and dental board standards.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options provided by clinical team, verify insurance payments and collect payments.
• Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, and create strategies to increase profitability.
• Lead daily huddles to align team and improve patient experience and business performance.

• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff

• Prepare and lead daily huddles with team to level set expectations to optimize patient experience and business performance
