Specialized Dental Partners is seeking a motivated Dental Office Manager to lead our Mount Prospect practice. You will oversee daily administrative operations, supervise front office staff, and coordinate patient scheduling, billing, and compliance to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role is full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule, offering competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within a doctor-led network of 275+ specialty practices.

• 2+ years of experience managing a dental practice.
• 2+ years of experience supervising and leading a team.
• Experience with dental practice management software.
• Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily administrative operations of the practice.

• Monitor office performance and implement strategies for efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Develop team schedules and maintain proper staffing levels.
• Train and onboard new team members.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Oversee facility maintenance and ensure a safe, well-functioning environment.
• Handle patient concerns and resolve issues in a professional, timely manner.

Overview

Dental Office Manager - Northwest Dental Specialists

Mount Prospect location

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Dental Office Manager to lead our team and manage the daily operations of our practice. In this role, you'll ensure smooth administrative workflows, provide support to our providers and team members, and cultivate a positive and efficient environment for both patients and the team.

Schedule: Full time, M-F

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations of the practice
• Supervise and support front office and administrative team members
• Manage patient scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and collections
• Monitor office performance and implement strategies for efficiency and patient satisfaction
• Develop team schedules and maintain proper staffing levels
• Train and onboard new team members
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements
• Oversee facility maintenance and ensure a safe, well-functioning environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience managing a dental practice
• 2+ years of experience in supervising and leading a team
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with dental practice management software
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
• Thorough understanding of dental billing, insurance claims, and patient scheduling
• Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations

The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 /annually based on full-time employment.
