Aspen Dental is hiring an Operations Manager (Dental Office Manager) in California to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and drive patient satisfaction. The role focuses on team leadership, process execution, and ensuring compliant, high‑quality care.

The position offers full-time stability, a salary in the mid-to-upper range for dental office leadership, incentives, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• People-centric leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and ability to leverage data.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options provided by clinical team, verifying insurance payment and collection ensuring high quality of care.
• Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, align sales plan to support business goals and create strategies to increase profitability.
• Prepare and lead daily huddles with team to level set expectations to optimize patient experience and business performance.
• Additional tasks as required.

Job Type: Full - Time

Salary: $71,000 - $75,000 /year + monthly and quarterly incentive earnings

How You'll Make a Difference:
