Job summary

42 North Dental in Chelmsford, MA is seeking an Office/Practice Manager to partner with the Dental Director and drive growth by delivering excellent patient care and service.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, scheduling, treatment coordination, HR, AR, reporting, and cross-office communication. A strong leader with two years of dental practice management experience and exceptional communication is required. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

• Human Resources, including hiring, training, performance management, and dismissal
• Accounts receivable, including patient pay and insurance
• Reporting, interpreting, and responding to practice metrics to improve office performance
• Interact with home office to communicate office needs and successes
• Perform other related job duties as assigned
