Aspen Dental Baxter is seeking a Dental Office Manager (Operations Manager) to lead the office operations in support of doctors, ensuring compassionate patient service and compliance. The role includes a ten-week training program to build business and leadership skills, with pathways to growth within our organization.

You will hire and develop staff, verify insurance payments, and drive profitability through data-driven decisions, daily huddles, and strong patient experience focus.
