Crosswater Dental Care, part of Heartland Dental, seeks a Business Assistant to support a busy front office. You will greet patients, handle calls and emails, and use Dentrix to schedule and manage records for multiple providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

• HIPAA training and PHI safeguarding required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a great first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, emails, and communications with patients/insurers.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• File insurance claims and follow up on claims; verify benefits and coverage.
• Post insurance and patient payments; process accounts receivable.
• Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
