Qualificações

• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Access to minimum PHI with HIPAA training and data safeguards.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, emails, and patient communications.
• Schedule with Dentrix for multiple providers and appointments.
• Process insurance claims and follow up on outstanding items.
• Post payments and review treatment plan fees and payment options.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
