Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in provider network management or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into strategies.
• Proven negotiation, influencing and relationship-building capabilities.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reimbursement data experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyse provider reimbursement arrangements, claims data and network performance metrics to identify opportunities for PPO discount improvement.
• Lead provider fee schedule negotiations and network optimisation initiatives.
• Evaluate market conditions and provider factors to develop contracting strategies.
• Assess financial and operational impact of proposed changes.
• Collaborate with network management, contracting, analytics and provider relations teams.
• Build relationships with dental providers to facilitate negotiations.
• Present data-driven recommendations and business cases to leadership.
