Avenue of Smiles is seeking a skilled dental laboratory technician in Simi Valley, CA. In this role, you will assist in the fabrication and finishing of crowns, bridges, and implant restorations while ensuring quality control and maintaining a modern digital lab.

Avenue of Smiles Dental Practice – Simi Valley, CA

We are a high-end, technology-driven dental practice with a fully integrated in-house digital lab. Our lab supports advanced restorative and implant cases, including full-arch and aesthetic dentistry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting in fabrication and finishing of crowns, bridges, and implant restorations
• Staining and glazing zirconia and ceramic restorations
• Support with 3D printing workflows (models, provisionals, surgical guides)
• Milling workflow assistance (nesting, loading/unloading, finishing)
• Fabrication of retainers, nightguards, and removable appliances
• Quality control and case preparation prior to delivery
• Organizing lab workflow and maintaining equipment and materials

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a dental laboratory (required)
• Experience with staining/glazing preferred
• Familiarity with digital dentistry (3D printing, milling, scanners) is a strong plus
• Detail-oriented with high aesthetic standards
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow within a digital workflow
