Qualifications

• Transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying by education.
• Education credits from DOE-recognized institutions only.
• Foreign education requires a Certificate of Foreign Equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Design and fabricate complex removable and fixed oral-maxillofacial appliances.
• Assist in prescription development and evaluation with dental staff.
• Plan workflow, scheduling and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Operate equipment to construct dental restorations.
