Job summary

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is seeking a Dental Lab Technician 2 to join a highly skilled team dedicated to transforming smiles. You will collaborate with prosthodontists to fabricate implant-based prosthetics, ensuring esthetics, function, and patient confidence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on technical experience in a dental laboratory setting.
• Knowledge of full-arch hybrid restorations, dentures, overdentures, and implant-based techniques.
• CDT certification or accredited program is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process work orders (impressions, models, components).
• Assist in fabricating All-on-Four prosthetics including model articulation and denture processing.
• Ensure production aligns with patient schedules and quality standards.
• Perform basic repairs/adjustments for dentures and implants.
• Maintain lab equipment, tools, and workspace in optimal condition.
• Restock laboratory supplies using established systems.
• Collaborate with senior technicians and participate in team workflows.
• Utilize dental lab software and standard computer systems.

What You’ll Do:

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on technical experience in a dental laboratory setting
• Working knowledge of:
  • Full-arch hybrid restorations
  • Complete dentures
  • Overdentures
  • Implant-based restorative techniques
  • Dental anatomy, science, and esthetics
• Certification (CDT) or completion of an accredited dental laboratory program preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
