Job summary

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers in Cleveland, OH, is looking for a Dental Lab Technician 1 to support the creation of implant-based dental prosthetics and grow foundational skills in a hands-on lab setting.

Qualifications

• Previous dental lab experience preferred.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10-hour shifts).
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clean laboratory work areas daily.
• Disinfect all incoming dental materials from clinical teams.
• Pour dental impressions and mount casts.
• Assist in processing acrylic resins using injection techniques.
• Utilize dental laboratory materials including impression materials, plasters, stones, waxes, acrylics, and composites.
• Operate laboratory equipment such as hand tools, dental lathes, handpieces, presses, and flasks.
• Scan dental casts using 3D scanning technology.
• Work under supervision of Laboratory Manager or most senior technician.
• Follow established procedures while using sound judgment on a case-by-case basis.
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to support patient-specific solutions.

What You’ll Do

Skills And Experience We’re Looking For

• Previous dental lab experience preferred
• CDT certification or completion of an accredited dental laboratory program preferred (not required)
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong communication skills and commitment to high-quality work
• Comfortable standing for extended periods (up to 10-hour shifts)
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
