Wichita Family Dental in Wichita, KS is seeking an experienced Dental Lab Technician to fabricate, adjust, repair, and maintain a variety of restorations and appliances, including crowns, bridges, dentures, retainers, and orthodontic appliances. This role offers hands-on precision work in a modern, high-tech dental office.

You’ll collaborate with dentists and clinical staff, follow strict infection-control standards, and use CAD/CAM workflows, 3D printing, and milling technology to produce

Qualifications

• Prior dental laboratory experience required, with experience fabricating restorations.
• Experience with crowns, bridges, dentures, retainers, or orthodontic appliances preferred.
• Familiarity with digital dentistry, CAD/CAM workflows, 3D printing, and milling is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, repair, and adjust ceramic crowns, bridges, partial dentures, conventional and digital dentures, retainers, bite guards, and orthodontic appliances.
• Perform denture repairs, relines, and other laboratory procedures as needed.
• Create and modify dental models, impressions, and casts.
• Trim, polish, and finish dental restorations and appliances to meet quality, fit, and functional requirements.
• Utilize digital dentistry technology and laboratory equipment to support efficient, accurate fabrication.
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members to ensure restorations meet patient-specific needs.
• Follow laboratory procedures, quality standards, and infection-control protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory workspace.
• Monitor laboratory materials and supplies and communicate when replenishment is needed.

Position Overview

Wichita Family Dental is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Dental Lab Technician to join our team. This role involves fabricating, adjusting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of dental restorations and appliances, including ceramic crowns, bridges, partial dentures, conventional and digital dentures, retainers, bite guards, and orthodontic appliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Familiarity with digital dentistry, CAD/CAM workflows, 3D printing, and milling technology is a plus.
