ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Dental Laboratory Manager to lead an on-site lab and deliver high-quality implant prosthetics. You will supervise laboratory staff, manage workflows, and partner with prosthodontists to ensure patient outcomes exceed expectations.

This role requires at least 7 years in a dental lab, with 2 years in leadership, and CDT certification is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 7 years of dental laboratory experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.
• CDT certification or an accredited program preferred (not required).
• Expertise in full-arch hybrid restorations, dentures, overdentures, and implant-based techniques.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator across clinical and lab teams.
• Proficiency with computers and dental laboratory software.

Aufgaben

• Supervise all laboratory personnel, workflows, and daily operations.
• Oversee intake and processing of all laboratory cases, impressions, models, and components.
• Fabricate and oversee production of full-arch implant prosthetics, including articulation and denture setup.
• Ensure accurate, high-quality, on-time delivery of prosthetics aligned to schedules.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and document prosthetic issues as needed.
• Develop and maintain equipment, instrument, and facility maintenance schedules.
• Manage laboratory inventory and ordering through established systems.
• Train, mentor, and develop laboratory technicians and auxiliary team members.
• Implement new products, technologies, and best practices.
• Partner with CCMS leadership and contribute to the broader laboratory network.
• Utilize computer systems and dental lab software for operations and tracking.
• Maintain professional standards and clear communication.
