Job summary

Affordable Care, LLC in Winchester, VA is seeking a Dental Laboratory Full Technician to fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish. You will set teeth, wax, bend wire, process, finish, and repair removable prosthetics, and may serve as Associate Lab Manager in the manager's absence.

The role offers a stable, full-time schedule with Monday–Friday hours, OSHA-compliant safety, and opportunities for cross-training across the dental lab.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience fabricating dentures from start to finish.
• Able to successfully complete a hands-on bench assessment.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented laboratory environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, during normal laboratory business hours.

Job Summary

The Dental Laboratory Full Technician is responsible for fabricating full and partial dentures, including setting teeth, waxing, bending wire, processing, finishing, and repairing removable prosthetics.
