Hiossen in Buena Park, CA is seeking an experienced Dental Tech Designer to lead CAD/CAM restorations from scanning through manufacturing. You will design crowns and bridges using 3Shape, Nobel, and Exocad, and operate milling machines, 3D printers, and sintering ovens.

The role requires CDT certification or equivalent fabrication experience, 5+ years of Crown and Bridge CAD/CAM design, and a strong attention to detail to meet tight production deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Crown and Bridge CAD/CAM design experience.
• CDT certification or equivalent fabrication experience.
• Experience with 3Shape, Nobel, Exocad and other desktop scanners.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM processes from scanning to manufacture.
• Ability to operate milling machines, 3D printers, and sintering ovens.
• Knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in the full CAD/CAM process including scanning, designing, and manufacturing

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Crown and Bridge Design using CAD/CAM technology
• Certified Dental Technician (CDT) with 3–5 years of related fabrication experience (crowns, bridges, inlays/onlays); or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with 3Shape, Nobel, Exocad, and other desktop scanners and software
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM processes including scanning, designing, and manufacturing
• Ability to operate milling machines, 3D printers, and sintering ovens
• Proficiency in dental anatomy and terminology
• Experience in a regulated environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail; willing to learn, critical thinker, organized, and self-directed
• Hourly Rate: $25 – $40 per hour depending on experience
