We seek a motivated Inside Sales Representative, Open Implants, to expand our customer base and accelerate revenue growth in a fast-paced, consultative environment.

You will prospect, qualify, reactivate accounts, and convert opportunities into long-term Spectrum Killian customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales or related customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to prospect, generate opportunities, and convert leads.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity, including cold calling and proactive email outreach.
• Competitive and results-driven with a track record of meeting goals.
• Resilient, persistent, and able to handle longer sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, referrals, and marketing leads.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of dental practices and customers in assigned markets.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and identify high-potential opportunities for conversion.
• Convert qualified prospects into new customers and drive initial case submissions.
• Maintain CRM documentation of prospect activity, opportunities, and pipeline status.
