ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers in Providence, RI is hiring a Dental Assistant to support oral surgeons and prosthodontists during implant procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety in a patient-centered setting.

Formación

• Surgical assistant experience preferred.
• Valid state certifications meeting requirements.
• Excellent manual dexterity with surgical instruments.
• Self-starter with strong patient-safety focus.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide chairside assistance to oral surgeons and prosthodontists during surgical and implant procedures.
• Anticipate clinician needs and maintain a clean, organized treatment area.
• Assist with administration and documentation of local anesthesia, nitrous and IV sedation.
• Ensure patient comfort, monitor well-being and educate on pre- and post-operative care.
• Prepare, sterilize and set up instruments and trays per infection control protocols.
• Take dental x-rays and prepare materials for impressions.
• Assist with medical clearances and patient record management.
• Support front office tasks by scheduling, greeting patients and managing supplies.
• Collaborate with surgical and prosthetic teams for seamless patient care.
