Qualifications
- State License: Valid Dental Hygienist license in Georgia or Tennessee depending on practice location.
- CPR Certification required.
- BLS Certification required.
- X-ray/Radiography Certification required.
- Local Anesthesia Certification required.
- Nitrous Oxide Certification required.
- Expanded Functions Dental Hygienist advanced certification encouraged.
- Infection Control License required.
- Driver's license required.
Responsibilities
- Administer gentle prophylaxis cleanings and thorough oral health assessments.
- Perform periodontal screenings and capture digital dental radiographs.
- Provide patient education on home care routines and preventive techniques.
- Deliver high-quality clinical care using modern dental technology.
