Job summary

Catalyst Dental Allies in Edmond, OK is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to deliver preventive care and support the dental team. You will work closely with Dentists to maintain optimal oral health for patients of all ages.

This role emphasizes patient education, meticulous charting, and collaboration in treatment planning. A current Oklahoma dental hygiene license and knowledge of common dental software are required.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma Dental Hygiene license is required.
• Accelerated hygiene experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Fuse, Open Dental, or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing of teeth.
• Take, develop, and accurately process dental x-rays.
• Document evaluations of oral health conditions and the extent of prophylaxis on patient charts to aid Dentists in diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
• Reinforce the Dentist’s treatment plans by providing supportive care and guidance.
• Foster a comfortable and positive experience for patients of all ages.
