Elite Dental Partners in Henderson, KY is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join a clinician-first culture with strong operational support. The role emphasizes patient-centric care and collaboration with dentists to develop tailored treatment plans.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $40–$45 with uncapped bonus potential and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, PTO, 401k, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed dental hygienist with state board license and no adverse actions.
• Excellent communication with team and patients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and dental software; Dentrix preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform periodontal procedures in a manner that is best for the patient in accordance with all state dental board requirements.
• Educate patients on strategies to prevent, diagnose, and treat periodontal disease as well as maintaining their oral health. Discuss the links between periodontal conditions and overall systemic health
• Chart conditions of periodontal disease for collaboration with the Dentist to develop the appropriate treatment plan
• Work collaboratively with the team on scheduling, ensuring exceptional patient experience, and maintaining the condition of the practice and equipment
