Aspen Dental is seeking a licensed dental hygienist to join our network of practices across Knoxville and surrounding areas. The role offers full-time float positions with travel between Knoxville and Lenoir City offices, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

You will work closely with doctors, educate patients, and use advanced tools like TRIOS 3D scanning and Videa AI to inform diagnoses and treatment planning. A strong onboarding program ensures a smooth transition.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited program.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and patient education emphasis.

Schedule:

Full time Float - Knoxville (Kingston Pike) (Mondays and Thursdays), Knoxville, TN (Chapman Hwy) - (Tuesdays and Wednesdays), and Lenoir City, (Fridays).

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $38-43/hr, plus an uncapped incentive plan rewarding patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
