Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a licensed dental hygienist to join our network of independently owned practices. You’ll partner with doctors to assess oral health, tailor care plans, and educate patients using advanced technology in a modern clinic.

We support structured onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing learning through TAG University, with flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules and a benefits package designed for patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $45-$50/hr , plus an uncapped incentive plan rewarding patient-centered care
