Aspen Dental is seeking a dental hygienist to join a network of independent practices unified by a patient‑centered care approach. You will work as a valued clinical partner to the doctor, with autonomy to assess oral health and educate patients with modern tools and ongoing training.

We offer full‑time, part‑time, or PRN opportunities in a supportive environment, with structured onboarding and opportunities for professional growth across locations within the Aspen Dental network.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $35–$38/hr, plus an uncapped incentive plan rewarding patient‑centered care
• Sign‑on bonus: $8,000*

What to Expect
