Job summary

Tioga Dental & Orthodontics in Gainesville and Ocala, FL is seeking a PRN Dental Hygienist to provide high-quality patient care across multiple offices. You’ll perform routine cleanings, assessments and education for a diverse patient base while supporting a collaborative clinical team.

The role requires an RDH license and relevant certifications; strong communication and patient-centered care are essential in a welcoming, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene.
• License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
• Certification: Local anesthesia and CPR/First Aid (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care.
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure sterilization protocols are followed.
