Job summary

Progressive Dental Arts is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to deliver comprehensive preventive care, periodontal therapy, and patient education. You will identify early signs of oral disease and support patients in understanding treatment plans in collaboration with the dentist.

The ideal candidate holds an active RDH license, an associate degree in dental hygiene, and strong communication skills with a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certification is required or current.
• Certification in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide is state dependent.
• Proficiency with dental software and EHR systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preventive care and periodontal therapy.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment plans.
• Identify early signs of oral disease and refer as needed.
• Collaborate with the dentist to promote long-term oral health.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach.
