Coast Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our Florida-based practice. The RDH will perform hygiene services, assessments, and treatment planning under the supervision of a dentist, while educating patients on oral health and home care routines.

The role requires an active Florida RDH license, BLS/CPR certification, and the ability to work closely with the dental team. A Level 2 background screening is part of the onboarding process in Florida.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the state of Florida.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene are required.
• Current BLS and CPR certifications are required.
• Must be willing to partner with the dentist and work well as a member of the dental team.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients' teeth, bone, and periodontal tissues.
• Create periodontal treatment plans based on the dentist's diagnosis.
• Perform prophylaxis and remove deposits and stains from teeth.
• Instruct patients on oral hygiene practices and home care recommendations.
• Position and expose dental radiographic film and sensors.
• Perform in-office whitening procedures and apply preventive agents.
