Qualifications

• Dental hygiene licensure compliant with the State Dental Board without adverse actions.
• Two (2) years’ experience as a licensed Dental Hygienist preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to support surrounding offices.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodontal procedures according to state dental board requirements.
• Educate patients on strategies to prevent and treat periodontal disease.
• Chart conditions of periodontal disease to assist in treatment planning.
