Qualifications

Our philosophy prioritizes quality over quantity, offering 60-minute appointments and fostering a supportive, communicative environment free from corporate production pressures. We are rapidly growing, welcoming $30+ new patients monthly, and are dedicated to building a team committed to excellence and patient comfort.

Pay

• $40 - $50 per hour
• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Requirements

• License & Certification: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support, Licensed dental hygienist
• Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, oral anatomy, and general dentistry procedures.
• Proven ability to perform dental scaling and other preventative procedures.
• Comprehensive understanding of HIPAA compliance and maintaining patient confidentiality.

Preferences

• Clinical Experience: Cosmetic Dentistry

• Experience with operating medical imaging equipment, such as Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT).
• Ability to diagnose and treat periodontal issues.
• Experience with intraoral scanners (e.g., iTero Lumina) and discussing Invisalign treatment.

Job Description

• Collaborate effectively with the dentist and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient treatment plans.
• Utilize dental office software for efficient scheduling, charting, and managing patient records.
