Pay

• $55 - $60 per hour
• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Our office is open Monday-Thursday 8AM-4:30PM.

Requirements

• Software Experience: Eaglesoft
• Education & Licensure: Valid and current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of California.
• Experience: Entry-level to experienced hygienists are welcome.
• Proficiency in administering local anesthesia.
• Demonstrated ability to perform prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and comfort patients.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Preferences

• License & Certification: Licensed dental hygienist
• Experience with Eaglesoft dental software.
• Previous experience in a private dental practice setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Job Description

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing.
• Conduct oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and dental screenings.
• Administer local anesthesia as permitted by state regulations and practice protocols.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, proper nutrition for dental health, and preventative care.
• Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records using Eaglesoft dental software.
• Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure seamless patient flow and continuity of care.
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment according to infection control guidelines.
• Assist with appointment scheduling as needed.
