Job summary

Gentle Dental Care | Lorton is seeking a friendly and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our private practice in Virginia. You will perform routine cleanings, take radiographs, assess periodontal health, educate patients, and work closely with the dentist to ensure high-quality, compassionate care in a welcoming environment.

We offer a competitive pay range of $50–$75 per hour, quarterly bonuses, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday with full-time and part-time

Qualifications

• Active VA Dental Hygienist license
• CPR and BLS certifications
• Licensed dental hygienist in Virginia

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and preventive care
• Take digital radiographs as needed
• Conduct periodontal assessments and maintain charting
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Collaborate with dentist and team to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment

• License & Certification: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support, Licensed dental hygienist
• Active Dental Hygienist license in VA
