Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene examinations and remove deposits beneath the gums using dental instruments.
• Document restorations, perio charting, and notes for diagnosis by the doctor.
• Provide oral health instruction to patients and parents on effective hygiene practices.
• Dispense appropriate oral hygiene aids and advise on recall or follow-up visits.
• Maintain dental equipment and stock supplies; support hygiene staff as needed.
• Adhere to infection control protocols, referrals, and emergency procedures.

Tebo Dental is a well‑established and privately‑owned dental group specializing in pediatric and orthodontic care. We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienists who are passionate about working with young patients. Pay

• $40 - $45 per hour
• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Earn hourly rate or percentage of production, whichever is greater!

Shift & Schedule

• Flexible schedule

Part‑Time: 16‑24 hours/week (7:40 AM - 1:00 PM, 2-3 days)

Requirements

• License & Certification: Licensed dental hygienist
• Current dental hygiene license in the state of Georgia.
• RDH license from the Georgia State Board (required).
• Positive personality and exceptional chairside manner.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Preferences

• License & Certification: Licensed dental hygienist
• Preference for candidates with RDH experience.
• Ability to travel between our office locations is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

• Dispense appropriate oral hygiene aids and make recommendations for patients’ recall or follow-up appointments.
• Adhere to practice protocols regarding quality assurance, bio‑hazards, infection control, referrals, emergency medicine, and emergency treatment.
• Maintain dental equipment and stock necessary supplies.
• Offer guidance to hygiene assistants as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
