Job summary

Twin City Smiles Family Dentistry in Centralia, WA is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our patient‑focused team. This full‑time or part‑time position offers a modern, supportive environment, compassionate care, and an emphasis on community oral health.

You will perform cleanings, digital X‑rays, periodontal charting, and patient education while adhering to infection control protocols and collaborating with dentists. Salary is $60–$70 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State Dental Hygiene License.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Friendly, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform X-rays and basic intraoral imaging.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive dental hygiene care, including cleanings, scaling, polishing, and periodontal therapy.
• Take and interpret digital X-rays and intraoral images.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, dental care, and preventive strategies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to provide coordinated patient care.
• Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols to ensure patient safety.

Twin City Smiles Family Dentistry is seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our collaborative team in Centralia, WA. Both full-time and part-time roles are available.

Pay

• $60 - $70 per hour

Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Two Fridays/month: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Closed weekends

Requirements

• License & Certification: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support, Licensed dental hygienist
• Current Washington State Dental Hygiene License
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and patient education skills
