Job summary

Elements Dental Spa & Aesthetics in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our private practice that blends general dentistry with med spa services. You will provide thorough hygiene care with emphasis on oral health as it relates to overall wellness, delivering calm, unrushed patient experiences in a supportive team environment.

Ideal candidates hold an RDH license, CPR/BLS, infection control expertise, and are comfortable administering local anesthesia and nitrous

Qualifications

• Active and valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• CPR Certification and/or AED Certification.
• Proven ability to provide patient care and patient interaction.
• Experience with infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Willingness and comfortability in administering local anesthesia.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services with an emphasis on oral health as it relates to overall health.
• Conduct thorough patient screenings and perform oral health assessments.
• Educate and counsel patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
• Administer local anesthesia and/or nitrous oxide as needed.
• Maintain a clean and sterile environment using strict infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including HIPAA compliance.

Elements Dental Spa & Aesthetics is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. This is a unique opportunity to work in a private practice that combines general dentistry with med spa services. Elements Dental Spa & Aesthetics is a private practice in Baton Rouge that offers a wide range of services, including both general dentistry and aesthetics. We operate out of a modern, state-of-the-art facility with a strong focus on teamwork and core values. Our goal is to create a positive and relaxed environment for our patients, allowing us to provide meticulous care without the pressure of a high-volume schedule. We believe in building a positive culture that values every team member.

Pay

• $45 - $55 per hour

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We are closed on Fridays and Saturdays.

Requirements

• License & Certification: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support

Active and valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.

CPR Certification and/or AED Certification.

Proven ability to provide patient care and patient interaction.

Experience with infection control and aseptic techniques.

Willingness and comfortability in administering local anesthesia.

A strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork.

Preferences

Nitrous Oxide Certification.

Experience in a private practice or med spa setting.
