Job summary

ConnectedHealth is seeking a Dental Hygienist to provide comprehensive preventive care at onsite and mobile clinics near Olympia, WA. The role focuses on patient education, infection control, and teamwork within a supportive dental team.

The permanent, full-time position requires WA licensure with anesthesia endorsement, current BLS, and a commitment to safety standards and patient comfort. Excellent growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene Program.
• Current Washington State Dental Hygienist License required.
• Anesthetic Endorsement required.
• Current AHA BLS certification required.
• Understanding of CDC sterilization and infection control standards.
• Knowledge of OSHA and WISHA regulations.
• Strong patient education and communication skills.
• Ability to work successfully within a collaborative dental team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preventative dental hygiene services.
• Perform routine cleanings, assessments, and dental hygiene treatments.
• Obtain and document dental X-rays.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and long-term dental health.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient treatment documentation.
• Provide care in both onsite and mobile clinic environments.
• Follow CDC guidelines for sterilization and infection prevention.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, WISHA, and patient safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with dentists and other healthcare professionals.
• Help create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient.
• Deliver professional and compassionate customer service.
