360care is seeking a Dental Hygienist for an Independent Practice role, with the freedom to focus on clinical decisions while the company handles scheduling, billing, and support. You will work directly with residents in facilities, performing assessments, cleanings, fluoride applications, sealants, and radiographs as needed.

The role requires traveling to client sites up to 100% and maintaining an active dental hygiene license, with independent certification/license to practice.

Qualifications

• Valid Dental Hygiene or Registered Dental Hygiene License.
• Valid Independent Certification and/or License to practice independently.

Responsabilités

• Oral Health Assessments: Conduct thorough oral health assessments, including for signs of oral diseases and abnormalities. Acts as an autonomous clinician responsible for comprehensive oral hygiene assessments.
• Teeth Cleaning: Perform dental cleanings, including removing plaque, calculus, and stains from teeth.
• Preventative Treatment: Apply preventative treatments like fluoride applications and sealants.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families on proper oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing and dietary recommendations.
• Radiographs: Take digital dental x-rays as needed.
• Record Keeping: Accurate and timely updates to patient records including documenting treatments and observations.
• Assist Dentist during exams and procedures as needed.
• Assist with patient transportation.
• Communicate effectively with all patients, family members, providers, faculty, and staff.
• Provide timely responses to patient inquiries; document conversations in the EMR.

• Must have own reliable transportation, good driving record, and car insurance.

Minimum Qualifications:
