Key Qualifications:

• Laser Certified: BIG BONUS if you are certified to use dental lasers and enhance your ability to provide top-tier patient care; not required.
• Anesthesia: BIG BONUS, not required to apply, but would love it if you are currently enrolled in an anesthesia course!
• Top-Notch Clinical Skills: Demonstrated excellence in clinical dental procedures.
• Operatory Productivity: A strong understanding of what you produce in your operatory.
• Perio Knowledge: Proficiency with periodontal numbers and knowledge of acceptable industry standards.

Additional Opportunity for RDH Part-Time Position:

For a part-time RDH position (no benefits), we offer a consistent place of work with a higher rate of $57-58/hr, comparable to what you earn temping at various offices across the valley. We provide flexibility with your schedule, accommodating days off with a minimum of 3 weeks' notice.

• Sick Time:Earned up to 40 hours of sick time annually
• Paid Time Off (PTO):Earn up to 40 hours of PTO in your first year, increasing to 48 hours in year 2 and beyond
• Health Insurance:Enjoy the company-elected health insurance plan with 50% coverage in your first year and 75% coverage in your second year
