Job summary

Dental365 NYC is seeking a licensed dental hygienist to join our modern practice on 14th Street. You will provide concierge-level care, perform hygiene procedures, take X-rays, document histories, and collaborate with dentists to plan treatments.

We offer a Hygiene Executive Committee, quarterly bonuses, comprehensive health and vision plans, a 401(k) with matching, generous PTO and a scrub allowance. This full-time, in-office role pays competitive NYC wages.

Qualifications

• Active RDH license in the relevant state.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification.
• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and patient screening.
• Additional state-required certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-level concierge care with excellent chairside manners.
• Identify signs of periodontal disease or oral cancer during exams.
• Document and review detailed patient histories and chief complaints.
• Take X-rays and intraoral images to assist treatment planning.
• Conduct precise hygiene procedures per dentist's plan.
• Respond to emergencies during patient treatment.
• Instruct patients on at-home care and maintenance.
