The Brevard Health Alliance Inc in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team. This full-time role involves providing high-quality dental hygiene care in a busy Federally Qualified Health Center environment.

Responsibilities include periodontal therapy, patient education, radiographs, and accurate EMR documentation. Florida licensure with 2+ years of experience preferred; BLS, X-ray, and radiation safety certifications required.

Competenze

• Graduate of a dental hygiene college or equivalent with licensure in Florida.
• Current Registered Dental Hygiene Certification (Florida licensed) with at least 2 years clinical experience.
• Radiation Safety coursework and X-Ray Certification to meet state requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.

Mansioni

• Improve oral health of patients through periodontal therapy and hygiene services.
• Expand clinic capacity by performing duties as permitted by law and dentist direction.
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR/EDR systems with HIPAA compliance.
• Educate patients and families on oral health and post-treatment care.
• Collaborate with staff and dentists to optimize clinic operations and scheduling.
• Uphold organizational values and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain licensure and CEUs; provide direct patient care when assigned.
