• Perform comprehensive oral exams and periodontal charting.
• Take and interpret radiographs and intraoral images.
• Conduct prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, fluoride, and sealants.
• Monitor vital signs and overall oral health at visits.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care.
• Document findings, plans, and interactions in the electronic record.
• Coordinate referrals and ensure follow-up with specialists.
