Park Street Dental in Westborough, MA is hiring a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a family practice expanding into orthodontics. You’ll provide comprehensive hygiene care, take digital radiographs, educate patients, and collaborate with dentists to optimize treatment plans in a modern, patient-centered environment.

The ideal candidate has an active MA RDH license, CPR/BLS, experience with Dentrix and Dexis, and a commitment to infection control.

• Knowledge of periodontal therapy & preventive care.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive hygiene care (prophylaxis, SRP, fluoride, sealants).
• Take and interpret digital radiographs (Dexis).
• Educate patients on personalized oral hygiene strategies.
• Maintain accurate electronic records (Dentrix).

We’re seeking a passionate, skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our thriving team. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options, competitive pay, and top-tier benefits. Pay

$48 - $52 per hour

Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

Work Hours

Monday, Tuesday 8 am to 5 pm

Wednesday 11 am to 7 pm

Friday 7:30 am to 3 pm

1 Saturday/month 9 am to 3 pm (Sept-May)

Requirements

• License & Certification: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support, Licensed dental hygienist
• Software Experience: Dentrix, Dexis
• Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dental hygienist with 1+ years of practice

RDH license in Massachusetts (active)

CPR certification

Strong clinical skills & patient rapport

Knowledge of periodontal therapy & preventive care

Preferences

• License & Certification: Local Anesthesia Certification

Local anesthesia license (MA)

Experience with Dentrix & Dexis

Orthodontic hygiene experience (a plus)

Bilingual skills (Spanish/Portuguese helpful)
