Qualifications

• Experience with dental software (Open Dental, Eaglesoft, Dentrix) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings and periodontal therapy with accurate record-keeping.
• Take and review digital X-rays and help educate patients on oral hygiene.
• Maintain patient records using Dentrix and adhere to infection control/OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with dentists and specialists to coordinate patient care.

Pay

• $55 - $65 per hour
• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
• $7,000 Sign-On Bonus

Shift & Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 7AM–7PM
• Friday: 7AM–5PM
• Weekends (Occasional, if needed)

Requirements

• License & Certification: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support, Licensed dental hygienist
• Active Maryland Dental Hygiene License
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Strong clinical and patient communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferences

• Software Experience: Open Dental, Eaglesoft
• Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software
• Local Anesthesia Certification
• Prior experience in a multispecialty practice

Job Description
