Job summary

Care Alliance Health Center in Cleveland is seeking a licensed dental hygienist to deliver preventive care and patient education in an outpatient setting. You will collaborate with dentists to support clinic flow, perform prophylaxis and radiographs, and participate in quality improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Operations: Perform oral prophylaxis, non-surgical periodontal treatments, and assist chairside during examinations and procedures.
• Radiology & Diagnostics: Take and process dental radiographs, assess oral health conditions, and document clinical findings accurately.
• Patient Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, disease prevention, post-treatment care, and long-term preventive guidance.
• Patient Administration: Obtain medical histories, maintain electronic health records, reinforce treatment plans, and support clinic workflow.

Pay

• $76,650 - $81,894 per year

Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Requirements

• License & Certification: Licensed dental hygienist
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Preferences

• Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dental hygienist with 1+ years of practice

Experience: Preferred experience in community health, primary care, ambulatory settings, or with electronic health records
